The project, made possible thanks to the collaboration with FARE X BENE ETS, is developed in a series of meetings with students in the presence of a number of professional speakers who raise awareness among young people against bullying, cyberbullying and gender-based violence.
The events organized by OTB Foundation, which has always placed young people at the center of its social development projects, aim to highlight the experience of those who have been victims of these phenomena, creating a greater impact on the attention of young people. During the pandemic, the meetings continued, online in the form of webinars, allowing even more young people to be reached.
All events feature expert guest speakers and friends of the Foundation, who share their professional experience by providing useful tips on how to recognize the signs and suggestions on how to intervene. Depending on the speakers involved, we address a different target audience each time. Bye Bully, initially designed for students, over time has involved a more adult audience, also reaching out to parents, educators and experts in the field and modulating the topics covered accordingly.
In the past 5 years, 40 000 students have been involved in our prevention meetings
