OTB FOUNDATION 20 YEARS - OTB Foundation

2006 marked the beginning of OTB Foundation.

Over the past 20 years, we have seen what can happen when you choose to make a real impact on the world around us. OTB Foundation has turned urgent needs into concrete action, ideas into opportunities, and challenges into paths for growth for many people and communities—project by project, also thanks to the contribution of those who chose to stand with us.

During the Covid‑19 emergency, OTB and OTB Foundation responded with a concrete commitment to supporting hospitals, healthcare workers, and communities across Italy by donating nearly one million pieces of personal protective equipment, helping to convert hospital wards, and creating solutions for the safe isolation of patients. This effort was made possible also thanks to the direct involvement of employees and collaboration with local and national organizations, demonstrating that social responsibility is something built every day, together.

Between 2013 and 2014, together with NuruEnergy, we promoted access to safe and sustainable energy by replacing kerosene with portable, pedal‑powered rechargeable LED lights capable of providing up to 26 hours of autonomy, helping to concretely improve education, work, and quality of life—one of the many steps in a commitment carried forward for over 20 years.

This year marks 20 years of activity—but above all, 20 years of shared commitment. A milestone that belongs not only to the Foundation, but to everyone who has believed, and continues to believe, in the power of what we can achieve together.
